Blue Bamboo Consulting was born from asking questions and an insatiable curiosity about people. We are, individually and collectively, driven to explore the amazing potential of human beings to create, change, evolve, achieve and grow.
Our approach is founded on that curiosity, that potential.
We keep meeting people who want to improve their own performance. We like that: because we enjoy playing a part in helping people get even better results.

Blue Bamboo is a collective of like-minded professionals who bring a wide range array of experience, knowledge and skills to facilitate positive change and performance improvement at corporate and at individual levels. When you engage with Blue Bamboo, you will engage with a qualified team of coaches, trainers, senior business leaders, behavioural experts, Organisational Development experts and established masters of leadership development, business process re-engineering and change management.
Whilst styles of delivery can often be different, a number of key principles bind us together to ensure an exceptional level of care, ethical integrity and professional rigour. And the best place to start is to really know where you are and how and why you got there. So that’s why we ask lots (and lots) of questions...
