Blue Bamboo′s work with clients - companies, teams and individuals - is based on the principles and processes of professional coaching.
Our Coaching is transparent, structured, compassionate, totally focussed on outcomes and, above all, measurable. All our programmes are completely bespoke - we need to understand our clients before we can deliver the most appropriate programme. This flexible approach is coupled with disciplined, professional methodologies where objectives are clear and progress is expected.
We also expect our coaches to build a relationship with clients based on genuine enthusiasm and commitment.
Blue Bamboo’s Associates are all experienced and qualified coaches [links to EMCC, ILM, AC UK]. They bring significant expertise across a wide range of areas, including change management, strategic procurement, career coaching, talent and HRM, Paradox and tensions management, leadership development, procurement, business transformation, personal effectiveness, team building, behavioural competency frameworks and organisational efficiency.
Our Coaches offer a range of services, including one-to-one Executive Coaching, Coaching for the Board and Teams. We’re well aware that some clients find it helpful for their Coach to have specific commercial or sector experience - we can provide that.
In brief, the Blue Bamboo Coaching process is:
Step 1: Initial enquiry and consultation - phone or face-to-face
Step 2: ′Chemistry meeting′ - to get to know your coach and begin to scope the relationship
Step 3: Setting a coaching contract - to make sure that you get the outcomes you want
Step 4: Coaching sessions begin. Intermediate steps: to ensure regular feedback, reports and progress measurement
Step 5: Conclusion - you will have reached your goals
Step 6: Optional further support to deliver new goals
