Step 2: ask more questions to understand how and what you do to measure performance; to understand what ′good′ looks like for you and your business

Step 3: analyse current performance metrics against stated aims and objectives; cross-reference to your Business Plan; report findings

Step 4: apply various performance improvement models, depending on client′s aims; present options

Step 5: agree performance improvement plan (PIP)

Step 6: implement PIP

Step 7: review & evaluate

Step 8: make recommendations for ongoing performance excellence (systems, processes, behavioural tools, planning schematics, integrated Learning and Development, organisational/systemic re-alignment, and more.
